I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. We like that it is ventless, now we have one less thing to have cleaned every couple years. The dryer is quiet when it is on and does not get hot like our old one.. Computerguy. Frederick, Colorado.
