All parts were organized, and nothing arrived damaged. The kit also included all the necessary hardware, gloves, and clear, easy-to-read instructions. The instruction booklet is laid out well and appears straightforward to follow when installation time comes. I now can give it a 5 as it is fully installed. The sliding doors are beautiful and there are no leakages. My previous shower had a door which drains on the floor.
