These tiles were exactly what I was looking for. It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. Keep in mind you may have issues with delivery as I had several times due to damaged edges, but Wayfair had solved the issue promptly and sent me replacement tiles free of charge. Vincent. These waterproof tiles have been a great purchase! We needed waterproof ceiling tiles and were not able to find them locally at the hardware stores. These are installed in a drop ceiling covering the ac unit to our unit. These tiles have been sturdy and held up to moving frequently to access the A/C unit for repairs and filter changes.
