We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. I'm working on getting that adjusted so that I can proceed with the installation, and I'm optimistic that once that's resolved, I'll be able to fully enjoy the benefits of this energy-efficient system. Overall, I believe this Mini Split system is an excellent investment that will enhance my home's comfort.
