I really can not give true stars just yet as I’m still waiting on the 3rd piece, hopefully with the pillows. Ordered on March 11th and 2 pieces delivered May 20th. Keep that in mind when ordering. After drop off we noticed dark “hand/finger stains” on one piece. Also there was a sticky label on cushion that left a sticky stain. Not sure how to clean either off. When hooking the eye down from the cushion to the couch the metal left a dark mark on the cushion strap so make sure you clean the metal pieces! And the metal piece for tie down with left bottom cushion came totally out of the material. When shipment was delivered there is cardboard on bottom only but 95% is covered in a think plastic leaving most of the couch to being potentially damaged. Shipment from the Carolina’s to Louisiana with several stops and transfers should have warranted better shipping protection, in my opinion, especially for such an expensive piece. Love it! It's sleek and modern looking. It's easy to clean given the "skirt." And it functions well. Only negative is that seat lid is easy-to-scratch/scuff plastic, but I think that's the norm these days, and it's really not noticeable until I go to clean and am focusing on it.. Jodi. These are the perfect outdoor pillows! They come in different sizes, and the Sunbrella material is easy to clean. I was pleasantly surprised to see how plump they are.
