The prominence of the railroad in this map illustrates the significance the line had to the city and region’s local economy. Goods were able to flow from the more agrarian Western portions of North Carolina to major markets in the Northeast and Europe. The surface was good but note this isn't a small whiteboard. Its probably better for an office setting. The quality was good overall and it seemed sturdy, the locking mechanism could be better but the whiteboard it self is the heaviest part, which has its pros and cons. The trim around the whiteboard was cheap though and coming loose. A bit of clear caulk/adhesive would fix that. Lightweight, sturdy and have held up very well. Only slight "con" is you should carry the tables by holding on to the table itself instead of grabbing the folded leg. Holding on to the legs loosens the screws. There is a good place to grasp the table - you just need to remind your set up help to do it correctly.
