Beware of the deceptive marketing. The toilet comes with no seat, which they do say in the description but it also arrives with no toilet bowl. When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices. This sink was PERFECT for our new powder room. Our guest powder room dimensions were small to work with, and this little sink did the trick. Dimensions listed on website are correct. Keep in mind this does not include anything except for the actual sink itself (no faucet, p-drain, tools, etc.). Our contractor had to run to Home Depot to get a few things for installation, but it wasn't a huge hassle and the sink is gorgeous/functions perfectly.
