I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! The wall cap is made of 22 gauge crack steel construction with a black electrically-bonded epoxy finish for durability and long life. Sold as 1 to a carton.

This was the only vent cap that I could find with 6" round ducting, for use with my Air Exchanger input. Although it worked, with some difficulty and modification, I wish it were made of plastic instead of heavy duty aluminum. This dryer is super quiet. It works really fast too. It could dry a lot of clothes at once. I don’t do stackable on mine because they’re so big anyways and there’s a cabinet in the way, but like I said GE is building a manufacturing plant over here in Kentucky and bringing it from here from China so given a lot of jobs back to America so I said I’m gonna go with the GE for for what they’re doing..
