The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. It's a pretty fridge, but the ERR code won't go away after I replaced the H2O filter. I used a GE specific filter as suggested, tried shutting off power, reinstalled filter 3 x's. At one point, I thought I had one the battle but as soon as I reinstalled the condiment shelf, the ERR came back!!! Right now, I HATE MY 6 MONTH OLD FRIDGE! Help.... Caitev. NJ. Fri Apr 24 2026
