I purchased this Fireplace TV Stand to replace an old one we had that no longer worked. After looking at many I was happy to find one with a Duraflame fireplace since I had another Duraflame which works great. After a hiccup of some missing screws, Wayfair sent me a new unit right away and rescheduled my assembly to a convenient time for us. The installer came on time and took a few hours to assemble the unit. He was very nice, neat and cleaned up when he was done. The finished unit is beautiful and works great! I LOVE this electric faux fireplace. Im still working on my tile surround, but the 24 gray fireplace fits perfectly. Ill have to build something to hide the cord as I finish the faux mantlesurround. The flame and embers have multiple separate settings, i.e., speed, color, and dimmer. The heater is also controlled by the remote. When the heater is on, the bar at the top glows [see 2nd photo], which is good, so you know the heat is on. Plus, there is a timer accessed by the remote for up to several hours. I actually cant think of anything else you could ask for. I was worried that the case would be shiny, and it is, but that is not a negative. It will make it easy to dust.
