Disappointed with this set. First of all 2 of the chairs would not swivel or lean back. Had 2 new replace chairs ordered and the same problem occurred. Second the leaf in the table does not lay flat with the rest of the table. After spending over $3000.00 this set is DEFINITELY not worth it. I have ordered items from Wayfair in the past and was very satisfied so I thought I could trust that ordering this expensive table. Boy was I mistaken. This is a lovely set. It was bigger and more substantial than I thought, but that's good. The color in the picture, above, is lighter than it actually in in person. The table and chairs are about 2-3 shades darker. I wish it was closer to the color in the photo. It took quite a long time to set up, but my husband was able to do it. The chairs roll, tilt, and swivel, however, the tilt is extremely tight. I cannot tilt mine, at all. I called the manufacturer, and they said that there is an adjustment under each chair. The biggest problem is that the chair cushions are so stiff, they feel like a wooden chair. I wonder if anyone else had this problem? I love this set. It fits beautifully into my decor. The only thing I have a complaint about is that the persons who delivered didn’t take the packing materials with them. I found it beside my house. I payed for the set to get assembled and it stated that package material will be removed. To me that meant they take it with them. His subject matter was at first highly sentimental and heavily influenced by fashionable taste smartly turned-out young women old folks and idealized farm scenes. He abandoned the mawkishness that is the downfall of so many self-educated artists when he found a topic that was close to home and yet largely unnoticed by the post-Civil War blacks who formed the underpinning of Northeastern society.
