OMG! it’s was so easy to install. we used 58 J channel. I recommend the 34 J channel. Used Gorilla glue ultimate adhesive tubes. 6 tubes per box is needed. These are absolutely horrible. I had a professional contractor install. The squares do not line up and the adhesive does not stick. Wayfair was amazing about the refund, but what a hassle to return as I had purchased enough for two rooms. The boxes arrived tattered and not able to be reused.
