Update 524 Contacted Wayfair the day I found my dented bottom piece. They got me in touch with Monument Grills the same day through their support. Monument Grills shipped out a new replacement base plate and I received it today. Excellent customer service. Changed my review from one star to 4. Would of made it a 5 if I didnt have to go through having to contact Support in the first place. Used the grill a few times now. Cooks great. Came dented. I read numerous reviews stating theirs were dented. I decided to roll the dice. No luck. My dent was on the side of the lower base plate. It affected the uniform shape of the grill. Really had to tighten screws to get things to go. The right door just falls off when I open it because the lower peg is slightly unaligned. Hopefully I can contact someone and get this replaced. We love this grill! We've had it for almost a year, used it pretty frequently and have had no issues. Cover fits great and keeps it will protected. I’m so happy with this! I love that the main unit and drawers came assembled, however due to its weight of 150+ pounds, you definitely should have two people unbox and unwrap this dresser. I was able to unbox and unwrap this on my own because I workout and lift moderately heavy weights. However I did slightly bend the surface laminate by tipping it out of the box.
