We love the look and its heat. Installation was easy. We do find we have a burned off propane smell, but we solved this by having an air purifier next to it, makes us feel its safer that way. The propane industry may tell us all its safe to breathe those off gases, but like now known re natural gas, its better to not have those, so I would always suggest a good gas removing air purifier in the room, just my opinion.. We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. I recently purchased the Deer Valley 2-piece toilet, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with my choice. The installation was pretty straightforward, although I have to say that the directions could have been clearer at times. I managed to figure it out without too much hassle, but I can see how it might confuse someone less handy. One feature that stands out is the water-saving flush. I never thought Id say this, but, this toilet is a work of art. I love this thing. Unfortunately it cant go in the bathroom yet as Im getting it painted in June, then Ill trade out the toilets so I wont have that I cant reach this spot behind the toilet on the wall. This stylish toilet is the perfect addition to our powder room. Guests love it! The blue night light is beautiful and all of the features are amazing. It was a nice upgrade from a bidet toilet seat. I don't love all of the stickers on the inside of the cover (the white one comes off easily, but the silver ones are there to stay). We had some trouble installing the seat because the white flange that holds the seat firmly in place was broken. Customer service was quick to respond and I'm sure it will be resolved.. Stacy Redo.
