Cage was exactly what I expected. We put a nesting box in for our broody chicken and her eggs. I think it will be perfect for when this weekend when chicks are born and they need to go outside. The flock will be able to see them and get use to them. I've never done this before so it will be interesting. The cage went together easily and when our hen is done we are planning on using it to plant clover and let it grow so hens can't eat it before its fully grown. When we're ready we can easily pick it up and move it to start something else to grown that they can't get into until we are ready. Easy assembly however it does take about 6 hours to but together. There were a few undrilled boards. Also the cover doesn't stay on with windy days with it being Velcro.
