My husband installed the floor. I love it but he says it's delicate and "breaks" easily. The delivery company literally dropped the flooring off, on the short side of the boxes. I have a floating plywood floor over the carpet in my sewing room. I had put peel and stick tiles on it. The were peeling up. I wanted one continuous piece of linoleum instead of the 12 in peel and stick. I found this flooring and 1 roll was exactly enough to do my floating floor. I like the outcome, but I would suggest padding your measurements for mistakes, etc. I had several tiles where the corners broke off. I had prepped the concrete prior to putting down the tiles, so they did seem to adhere just fine. Tiles were easy to cut with a utility knife. I really like how the flooring came out. It was very easy to lay. I used a heat gun to take the prior tiles with a heat gun. Currently in the middle of installing, they came poorly packaged, tiles were spilling out of their boxes when they arrived. Thankfully I havent found any major damage, but over half of them came with chipped corners, so you will need to grout to hide it, but I was planning on doing that anyways. I really like the variation of colors in this flooring. I got it for my son’s bedroom. It seems to be thick enough to withstand the abuse an 8 year old boy can dish out.
