My recent new position requires me to work from home, so we set up a little 'office' for my needs, which includes a stand/sit, option for the desk. My wife and I reviewed the possible candidates on Wayfair and we narrowed it down to about three. This one ticked the boxes. It arrived very well packaged and protected for transit. It is reasonably straightforward to assemble. Take your time and it goes to together well. The buttons (see photo) on the arms don't really have any function, I think they're supposed to lock the arm in the up or down position but don't. But don't worry, the arms won't drop down unexpectedly, and they swing up and back far enough to let you get out of the chair at the side. The chair adjusts for height (What I needed) how much resistance when you lean back in it, and how far back it leans. The adjustable foot ring at the base is very handy. Comfort? Oh wow! The previous office chair felt like sitting on rocks after 30 minutes. This is sublime. No really. There's a description of its seat internal construction, but quite honestly, I'd believe it if they said it contained only air. I have spent the last week, every day for 7 hours plus in it and I really didn't think I'd been sitting in anything. There's enough support for your thighs (I found using the foot ring takes the weight off your thighs too), back support is great. And the center pneumatic column is infinitely adjustable between its lowest and highest settings; it is worthwhile experimenting with until you get it how you need it. It isn't the cheapest out that, sure. But neither is it the most expensive you can buy, but so far for value for money I'm not sure it can be beaten. I was so impressed with how carefully this was packaged. The instruction sheet was impressive too, written instructions and color pictures. Sometimes I needed both and other times it was pretty obvious what went where. It was relatively easy to assemble and took about 25 minutes alone. The chair is so comfortable, a nice wide seat, high back and the lumber rest is nice. The material is soft and should be easy to keep clean. There are some scratches on the seat, may be made from glue or the manufacturing machine I havent been able to remove them as of yet but its ok. I love the recline on this gamer chair. I feel like I can sit in it for hours. The footrest will come in handy when I am playing on a big screen and pull the chair away from my desk and PC. Love, love, love the color highlights. Very high quality, easy to put together, and strong. I am a 6' 3", 310 lb man, and this chair is big even for me. Definitely recommend. I searched for a long time for the perfect chair for my lift desk. It wasn't until I searched for "Drafting Chair" that I found this gem. It was very easy to assemble, the screw holes line up perfectly when attaching the arms or the lift mechanism. I also tend to be very rough on chairs over the years - so the $26 option for a 5 year warranty that covers rips, tears, stains, snags, spills, etc. is a GREAT deal.
