I was so impressed with how carefully this was packaged. The instruction sheet was impressive too, written instructions and color pictures. Sometimes I needed both and other times it was pretty obvious what went where. It was relatively easy to assemble and took about 25 minutes alone. The chair is so comfortable, a nice wide seat, high back and the lumber rest is nice. The material is soft and should be easy to keep clean. There are some scratches on the seat, may be made from glue or the manufacturing machine I havent been able to remove them as of yet but its ok. I love the recline on this gamer chair. I feel like I can sit in it for hours. The footrest will come in handy when I am playing on a big screen and pull the chair away from my desk and PC. Love, love, love the color highlights. My son recently started taking online classes and I wanted him to have a more comfortable desk chair since he'd be spending a lot of time in it. When this arrived, I was pleasantly surprised just how comfortable it is. It is adjustable in several ways (seat height, seat tilt, and chair back angle), plus the arm height is adjustable. The fabric is quality and should last for years. I chose the gray, which is a nice charcoal color. The arms are made of a different material, but just as plush and comfortable. The padding in the seat and back are very comfortable, not too firm or too soft, and I believe will keep their shape for a long time.
