Really like this chair. The material is very soft and feels nicely made. It is also wide and padded. What I struggle with is the arm rests. Ordered the chrome jets and they look great. Unfortunately my plumber would not recommend installing them as he has had issues with leakage after. Maybe a different plumber would install.
