Ive been watching this gazebo for over a year and finally pulled the trigger when it went on sale for memorial day. It took 2 days to assemble with 4 people and a supporting cast of 3 wives grilling and refilling water bottles and of course telling us what was being done incorrectly.lol. This is very sturdily made and is very strong. The material it is made out of is very good. When we received the package in, it came in four packs three of which were extremely heavy. putting it together was a whole different story. There are a lot of parts to this lots of nuts and bolts and part of putting it together can be very confusing. It took us a better part of a day to put this mostly together. And then part of another day to finish it. We have it on the patio, so the long bolts that they have are not needed, but they don’t supply anything else for someone that already has a concrete patio. When I chose it I thought it was adjustable-so we could move it according to the suns movement but it is not. I did reach out to the manufacturer because we had some questions and they were very quick to respond, but we had already figured out our problems before they contacted us back which again was very quickly. This manufacture has many different gazebopergolas and I as assuming this is their newest one. Just wish it was easier to put together and had a little more coverage. We placed it opposite of what most people that reviewed placed it because of the way the sun comes over the house . I love my gazebo. I purchased this to replace a soft canopy gazebo that I used for a few years. I researched gazebos for months before finally purchasing this one. I intended on purchasing one with a metal top because I wanted to ensure that it would last for years to come and most importantly I didn't want it to leak when it rained. At the last minute I started to reconsider a polycarbonate roof because the metal options, like my black covered soft top gazebo would not allow light in, so would be darker during the day. I decided that while I enjoyed the protection from the sun, it would still be nice to have some light. Normally, I regret last minute changes...but not this time. I ended up with the best of both worlds! This gazebo does not leak (and it has withstood rain and snow). It blocks the UV rays but still allows light in during the day, and is not pitch black at night when using the gazebo. A metal roof would be completely dark at night, mine allows moonlight in, which makes it functional without extra lighting (and a bit romantic) at night. The only thing that would make it better are things that are unreasonable like having a self cleaning roof or actually being a screened in porch, lol! Awesome Gazebo, assembly needs 2 adults and definitely 2 more to move around if needed after assembly. Roof is tricky part and needs the installer to go slow, do not use power tools for assembly unless you have done it before. Overall a good gazebo would definitely recommend it. The gazebo is really nice. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. The only issue was when we unpacked the boxes, there were several panels, windows and a screen that were damaged. It was disappointing to spend so much for damaged materials. The manufacturer did agree to send replacement parts and Wayfair was monitoring the communications, so we felt like we had some insurance. Overall, it's a nice gazebo and the manufacturer made good on the damaged parts. We've been enjoying it and getting plenty of compliments while waiting for the new parts to arrive.. Brian.
