I have tried several electric log sets and been extremely disappointed. Nothing on the market that’s a log set looks close to being a real fire experience. But this Napoleon sets comes closest. I assembled it myself in about 30 minutes. Instructions were easy. The “glowing fire “ could be more realistic, the flames could be higher and wider and the blower on the heater could be quieter. I paid much more for other log sets that couldn’t hold a candle (or flame ) to this set. Had issues with smell from first hot fire up, wife was very upset. Seems to be over that issue, running furnace at low heat is working very well now. Makes a lot of heat with very little wood.
