We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern. I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher was also a Bosch, installed over 15 years ago. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! Our default has been to set a 2 hour delay when we start the dishwasher, but I doubt I'll be willing to use the app just to do that. I LOVE the new interior lighting!. Ericb. Fri May 01 2026

This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). Well the product itself is okay-ish. It looks decent for fake wood look and the pattern doesn’t repeat in the box of six planks. It fits together perfectly and with ease. There is a slight strip of discoloration along the edges on some planks. The color is a very muted unsaturated brown. One plank was damaged in shipping right in the middle of the also the bigger issue is that the rest of the boxes I ordered to complete the project are back ordered for six months.
