It was time to replace a 20 year old granite sink. We had looked for a couple of months and nothing had stood out. This sink caught plenty of attention due to two things…first, the design and second, the basket strainers in the drains. The larger side is the perfect size for cleaning our pots, pans, and skillets (we cook a lot). The smaller side is ideal for washing vegetables or fruits. If you just need to rinse off any dishes, a standard drainer will set right down in the larger side (or at least the one we have does). A standard dishpan will fit in there too! Installation is fairly easy if you’re familiar with basic home repair and plumbing. I have to do some tile repair, so mine is a little more in-depth. This sink is a wonderful choice for any situation. I highly recommend this one. It’s stylish, practical, and looks absolutely amazing! The metal finish is a beautiful addition to any kitchen decor! Order was placed and in our possession within 2 days. I chose this as a drop in option, finding standing water on the deck of undermounts roaches the manufactured stone top. The stainless steel deck should fix that. Not a fan of single sinks but the accessories and how the ledge is incorporated to seat them will make prep work more streamline. Ill most likely find an appropriately sized wash basin for cleanups as we watch our water consumption (on a well). This was my 2nd open box Wayfair purchase, both came as new.
