Order was placed and in our possession within 2 days. I chose this as a drop in option, finding standing water on the deck of undermounts roaches the manufactured stone top. The stainless steel deck should fix that. Not a fan of single sinks but the accessories and how the ledge is incorporated to seat them will make prep work more streamline. Ill most likely find an appropriately sized wash basin for cleanups as we watch our water consumption (on a well). This was my 2nd open box Wayfair purchase, both came as new. I have several stove top smokers. This is one of them. It does a good job, you just have to insure the wood chips (make sure they are real fine) don't get wet from the juices. A little foil on the bottom with the ends turned up will do the trick. I smoke salmon regularly for my wife.
