Order was placed and in our possession within 2 days. I chose this as a drop in option, finding standing water on the deck of undermounts roaches the manufactured stone top. The stainless steel deck should fix that. Not a fan of single sinks but the accessories and how the ledge is incorporated to seat them will make prep work more streamline. Ill most likely find an appropriately sized wash basin for cleanups as we watch our water consumption (on a well). This was my 2nd open box Wayfair purchase, both came as new. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
