This is probably the best Toto bidet toilet out there, I'm surprised it doesn't get enough advertisement. We have had probably 4 or 5 different bidet toilet between Kohler and Toto and this one definitely comes on top. It's the perfect size and the seat is comfortable. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
