I’m really happy with these foam mats. I used them in my garage, and they’ve worked perfectly for creating a comfortable workout space. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty.
