First problem was that a couple of the pieces were broken upon arrival. However, customer service was super responsive and shipped us new parts within a week. Next, the instructions are very confusing, especially if you wish to assemble this table with the long side facing left. However, after all is said and done, the table looks great and the quality is superb once all of the pieces are put together correctly. Setup was done by 2 people at most times, as mentioned, there were points of confusion. When the pieces were found to be broken, we couldnt resume until the pieces were shipped to us, which had been quick. After having this nook for a month, it works really well - we use it everyday for breakfast, and dinner. The cushions are comfy enough for eating, and the bench is a nice addition for when there is not enough room on the main bench. You can fit about 4-5 people with this nook, depending on how big people are. One thing that I wish was a bit better was the sturdiness of the table, as it can move if you push it a tiny bit. The cushions are nicely made and comfortable. I’ve only had them a few days but they seem like they’ll hold up. I’m not giving 5 stars because of two reasons that might not matter to others but applies to me. Would’ve loved more color options. While the black/brown color is really nice I would’ve loved options to better match my color scheme. The other is the corner cushion is too big but my corner nook is slightly irregular with a lcorner table wedge that can stay up or be folded down behind the corner section resulting in the seating not be straight matching corners (L-Shaped). The dimensions of the corner cushion just doesn’t fit/work with my furniture which is disappointing but can’t find any that will fit other than having custom made.. Donna. US. Thu Dec 18 2025
