The new shipment did arrive with all the parts, but we also noticed some chipping and damage on the side. At that point, we decided to keep it because we were tired of going back and forth. The design is very nice I like that it fits my queen size bed that is different from others! Love this bed! The build took about four hours and the instructions were very easy to follow. If you have basic tools, I definitely recommend using them to make assembly smoother. It feels very sturdy and the wood quality is solid. It did surprise me how low it sits to the ground, but I actually like the sleek look now. It makes my room feel more open and modern.
