We also had the option of etched glass, but they decided to stick with standard glass instead, limiting our choices. It's disappointing! I just read the other reviews and they clearly didn't take a seconds to figure out that the ugly clips are for shipping and the actual clips that hold the screen or glass in just slip in if you take a moment to look at it.
