The toilet arrived well packaged and included all the necessary parts and clear installation instructions. The design is beautiful, the height feels comfortable, and the fully skirted design is a feature I especially appreciate. Unlike traditional toilets with exposed contours and crevices, the smooth skirted sides help prevent dust, hair, and dirt from accumulating, making cleaning much easier. I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
