I replaced my water heater, also 20 years old. The water is coming out with the lime sentiment. It quickly settles. But I’m hoping it finishes. The product obviously works. This is a sash lock and keeper. Constructed from diecast zinc it comes in a finish. They are found on a variety of sashes and due to their design are often used as a child safety lock. The installation was kind of challenging. First of all, if you have door that are cover in metal, the hole for the lock will be too small. This is a great product! I was excited to install on bathroom window after I painted, I checked where it would go to try out the lock and Dang it! My windows aren’t level! So I’m going to have to build up one to sit even as the lock is a very secure and tight fit, I didn’t know a keyed window lock existed. Once I figure out how to build up the wood I’ll insert a finished product picture, the picture here shows defect of my frame. Also the key will not come out of lock in the open position. Gail. This coffee maker has a very simple on/off switch and a simple power indicator light. You have easy access to the water reservoir and the removable filter basket with the one-piece cover. The carafe is a perfect pour glass that has water-fill markings and brewed-coffee markings. The carafe has a drip-free spout so you don't dribble coffee all over. It also has a stay-cool handle keeping you safe from being burned. You have a water level window and a non-stick warming plate to keep the coffee warm after brewing.
