I can't believe how quickly this arrived. I ordered at about 8pm on the 17th and it's already here at 10am on the 20th! It was packaged well and arrived undamaged via FedEx. It's an inch shorter than advertised lengthwise but it makes up for it with an extra inch in width. We're putting wood floors in our house so we need rugs to protect them. I went with this one because it's all natural materials with no non-stick backing to leave residue on my floors. Colors were exactly as advertised. Beautiful rug but Fieldstone is definitely gray, it looks like a dark brown in the photos that’s what I was looking for. I’ll have to send it back. The company needs to name these rugs something that reflects the color instead of random words, or at a minimum, put in the description what the color is. If I were looking for this color then I’d be happy with the purchase as it appears to be great quality. I compared back forth this with a lighter brown version online had I known this wasn’t dark brown I would have gone with the lighter color avoiding me the hassle the company 2 returned runners.. This jute rug is perfect for my office! I love the size, and the jute is surprisingly soft. From what I can tell so far, it’s not shedding much at all and it didn’t have any weird smell or shedding right out of the package, which was a huge plus. Love it at my front door! It is much thicker at one end than the other. Both ends are folded under and then tucked to end the rug and prevent unraveling but on one end the jute is much thicker and that end wont lay flat. While it isn’t as soft as your typical carpet you can walk barefoot and it’s not uncomfortable. It did have an odd smell when first unpackaged but went away quickly.
