I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. When it's running it's really quiet when you consider how much it's washing. I tried the fast wash mode the other day and it was done in 30 minutes. It's a really complete and luxorious washing machine... And I never thought I would say the word luxorious when talking about a washing machine. It’s a beautiful shower door. Heavy. I was hesitant on ordering based on a couple of the low reviews. We didn’t install it ourselves our contractor did. It was difficult to find the shower door I wanted for our tiny bathroom and this was perfect.
