The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. I've been very impressed with the FOTILE 30" Slant Vent range hood. It’s extremely efficient at removing smoke and cooking odors, much more powerful than standard models. Despite its strong suction (up to 1100 CFM), it operates surprisingly quietly, which is a big plus in an open kitchen. The touchless control feature is also a standout. You can turn it on or off just by waving your hand, which is super convenient when your hands are messy from cooking. It offers four power levels, so you can adjust the suction based on what you’re making, from light stir-frying to heavy-duty searing. Overall, it’s easy to use, effective, and thoughtfully designed.
