This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. Works as advertised. Make sure to set the braces to the right length before putting it through your window. That will save time from adjusting it while sticking your body out of the window. Only bad part is the water that you have to drain out of it. The port where the water drains from will be on the inside. So far I’ve had to drain it after every use but that’s me being cautious..
