This desk boasts a modern design with a sturdy and realistic countertop. However, I encountered a few issues. My delivery was scheduled for a few days before, from 3 PM to 7 PM. I called Wayfair at 545 PM to inquire about the estimated time of arrival. The service team informed me that the delivery was unlikely to happen tonight and suggested rescheduling, despite my afternoon wait. I declined the reschedule, hoping they might still show up. Fortunately, they called me about 30 minutes later, stating they would arrive in 10 minutes. They were supposed to provide a 30 to 45-minute timeframe. Firstly, the delivery team failed to realize they were supposed to set up the desk and remove the boxes. I had to argue and demonstrate that I had opted for a full-service delivery. Secondly, I believe they installed the desk backwards. The cords were supposed to be placed beside the cabinets, but they were not in the correct position. Thirdly, I’m missing some screws. The delivery team left two screws under the main bracket and removed the boxes, so I’ll need to contact Wayfair to obtain more installation screws. Lastly, the three drawers are a nice addition, but they are very small and shallow, making it difficult to fit even a piece of paper. Before placing the order, I called Wayfair to confirm that the cabinets and drawers would be on the right-hand side and that they were not interchangeable. They were adamant that the cabinets would only be on the right-hand side, but when they finished assembling the desk, they were on the left-hand side.
