We took the fountain out of the box and found a crackdent on the corner. Photo is included. Still hooked up since it will be in a garden and figured the dirt would cover. Fountain works great and is very pretty with light included. Not sure how to replace the light if it goes out, but hopefully that doesn’t happen anytime soon. I think this tabletop fountain is a very good value. I really like the bubbles that are within the glass orb that spins upon the water. The orb lights up and creates a pretty shadow at the top of the heart. It also has a nice soothing sound without being intrusive. I am very pleased with the quality and value of this fountain. Ive been looking for a water fountain for quite some time. I wanted something that would provide conversation privacy from my neighbors, drown out some freeway noise, yet still sound tranquil. What I love about this fountain is the shape, size and overall modern style. Its a heavy solid piece, and it sounds wonderful with just the perfect amount of water flow. Wayfair Delivery was quick and amazing, and my contractor put it together in less than a hour. Everything is built-in, so once you get it centered and level, you just add water and plug it in. Simple, easy concept design! Its more textured than I expected, and unfortunately there are minor nicks all around the exterior and along the rim. Because I ordered the black color, its probably more noticeable. Just something to note if ordering in black. Overall, Im so happy with my new water fountain!! Its adding so much to my peace!!. Love this fountain! Could use better instructions so I’m adding a few tips about installation 1. Only one cord comes out of the bottom (drawing showed 2) 2. Warm plastic tube w a hair dryer to soften it for insertion 3. There is a (mostly) round plastic cap that should be placed over the reservoir tube (once you’ve snaked the power cord thru) to protect the plug from water. 4. Would recommend putting fountain together indoors. It’s tricky. Also, it weighs 40 pounds without water, so don’t add water til you get it outside and are ready to go. 5. I used clear postal tape to strap the top to the reservoir to keep it secure while moving it out of the house. 6. The cord is about 6’ long but runs the length of the base, leaving 3-4’. Plan accordingly. I placed my unit in front of a window so I could snake the cord under the window and plug it in inside (used an extension cord). 7. I added 2 copper disks to reduce algae build-up.. This turned out beautifully but was not easy to assemble. The directions were terrible and feel incomplete. My husband had to spend a whole day and hire a handyman to help him install it. There are some videos online from Aquascape that helped but those were not easy to find either. Make sure you have two people and a lot of patience. I absolutely love this fountain. The only minor issue was the internal pipe for the power cable; it was a bit short, which limited the water level and made the pump sound a little loud. I easily swapped it out for a longer piece of standard PVC pipe, which allowed for a higher water level and a much quieter operation.
