I think this tabletop fountain is a very good value. I really like the bubbles that are within the glass orb that spins upon the water. The orb lights up and creates a pretty shadow at the top of the heart. It also has a nice soothing sound without being intrusive. I am very pleased with the quality and value of this fountain. I absolutely love this fountain. The only minor issue was the internal pipe for the power cable; it was a bit short, which limited the water level and made the pump sound a little loud. I easily swapped it out for a longer piece of standard PVC pipe, which allowed for a higher water level and a much quieter operation. Love this fountain! Could use better instructions so I’m adding a few tips about installation 1. Only one cord comes out of the bottom (drawing showed 2) 2. Warm plastic tube w a hair dryer to soften it for insertion 3. There is a (mostly) round plastic cap that should be placed over the reservoir tube (once you’ve snaked the power cord thru) to protect the plug from water. 4. Would recommend putting fountain together indoors. It’s tricky. Also, it weighs 40 pounds without water, so don’t add water til you get it outside and are ready to go. 5. I used clear postal tape to strap the top to the reservoir to keep it secure while moving it out of the house. 6. The cord is about 6’ long but runs the length of the base, leaving 3-4’. Plan accordingly. I placed my unit in front of a window so I could snake the cord under the window and plug it in inside (used an extension cord). 7. I added 2 copper disks to reduce algae build-up.. Ive been looking for a water fountain for quite some time. I wanted something that would provide conversation privacy from my neighbors, drown out some freeway noise, yet still sound tranquil. What I love about this fountain is the shape, size and overall modern style. Its a heavy solid piece, and it sounds wonderful with just the perfect amount of water flow. Wayfair Delivery was quick and amazing, and my contractor put it together in less than a hour. Everything is built-in, so once you get it centered and level, you just add water and plug it in. Simple, easy concept design! Its more textured than I expected, and unfortunately there are minor nicks all around the exterior and along the rim. Love this fountain for my back garden but delivery was a little icky. They just left the box with the pallet wood AND NAILS still sticking out of the bottom of the box. It scratched my front sidewalk when I tried to move it. Also, they pack it with this god awful wood shavings or something that get ALL over and give off a dust that cannot be good to breathe in. I am so happy with this purchase! It arrived right on schedule, and while the setup was fairly straightforward, I definitely recommend having a second person on hand—it’s got some serious weight to it! We did notice both copper spills were leaking slightly from underneath initially, but it was a quick and easy fix using the included silicone. Pro tip: make sure to double-check your horizontal leveling so the waterfall flow stays perfectly even across the spill. Overall, it’s a beautiful addition and well worth the money!. Raymond. TX.
