The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. The gazebo is really nice. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. The only issue was when we unpacked the boxes, there were several panels, windows and a screen that were damaged. It was disappointing to spend so much for damaged materials. The manufacturer did agree to send replacement parts and Wayfair was monitoring the communications, so we felt like we had some insurance. Overall, it's a nice gazebo and the manufacturer made good on the damaged parts. We've been enjoying it and getting plenty of compliments while waiting for the new parts to arrive.. Brian. Really hard to get together. Should be labels that say front and back to make easier. Use the picture from wayfair as a guide. Also the space between the shelf and bed sucks lol but we will use body pillow to block the space and avoid injury. I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. I am giving this five stars but read more for a very honest review. First off, this is a great product for the price. I compared so many playhouses trying to find something large enough for my big 4-year-old, and open enough to not get stuffy in our very humid hot summer climate, but at a lower price point because kids are expensive! This checks all of those boxes. I only found a couple others that were as tall, and none with the overall square footage at such a low cost. It took me—a single mom stopping for many snack breaks and with occasional “helpers” and then a couple of “squatters”mid build, a total of 5 hours to build. Please note you get what you paid for. I did have to drill a couple holes they missed in the pre-drill, and a few things did not line up perfectly. Some of the hardwareattachment systems were laughable, but I trudged through and in the end it appears sturdy enough. The fence is completely worthless unless you use your own hardware, but with the tiny screws for it, my little 1-year-old daughter pulled it both off the house, and apart two minutes after I built it. But who needs the little fence anyway! It was the least necessary part! You will need a drill for missing holes and to make construction fast and manageable. It does not come with any wrenches etc. in the kit. Overall it is so cute, and we are very pleased. I would absolutely purchase it again. Now to get back to my plastic hot dogs, but not until I wash my hand in the sink (also the toys that come along are silly and will likely frustrate your small humans like they have mine) but we are keeping it together and having fun!. This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! We’re really happy with this greenhouse overall. The size is perfect—not too overwhelming, but still big enough to actually do something with. It feels like a great starter option if you’re getting into gardening without wanting to go all-in on something massive or super expensive. Assembly was definitely the biggest challenge. My husband put it together on his own (which… respect), but he said having a second person would make a huge difference—and honestly, even a third if you want it done quickly. That said, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all the parts were really well organized in the boxes, which helped a lot. Most of the hiccups were just from doing it solo. The only minor issue we’ve noticed is the door—it was pretty snug at first. We think one of the wood pieces may have been slightly bowed, but it’s already starting to loosen up and work better the more we use it. We love the look of it, and it feels like a solid setup for the price. It also didn’t feel overwhelming to prep the base (we did gravel), which was a big plus. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this for a first greenhouse—especially if you’ve got the space and want to start a larger garden without overcomplicating things. So far i am halfway through the build has taken several hours split in two days will be working on Finnishing this weekend but so far i am liking it instructions are easy to read there was one part we felt like we were on a wild goose chase but realized it was labeled wrong and has been smooth sailing.
