I ordered the ready to assemble version. The vanity arrived in one flat package that weighed about 100 pounds. We received everything listed. The parts were well packed, and we had no shipping damage. The metal hardware was of better quality than many assemble yourself products and they included extra screws. There are a lot of places to screw in short screws, a magnetic screwdriver would be good to use! I had a 60" vanity so some of the parts were large. There were a couple of steps in the assembly where I needed to flip the sides/front/bottom of the vanity over, a good-sized assembly space is helpful. The pre-drilled holes were in the right spots. The doors and their hinges are preinstalled. The hardest part was getting the back panel onto the front and side pieces. I had trouble fitting the back into some of the grooves, which at that point had been glued. The rubber mallet came in handy. We stopped for the day after getting the four sides together and let everything dry. The support panel that went between the back of the cupboard and the toe kick was too short. It could not be screwed into both ends. I looked to see if we’d assembled something incorrectly but couldn’t identify what was off. Since the center panel is positioned below where the drawers attach to the back panel, we put shims into the gap, glued and screwed them in rather than leave one end unsecured. The drawer sliding hardware was tricky. I found that the video on the web site was more instructive about the glide hardware than the written description. There are more holes drilled into the back of the cabinet than can be used. The plastic slides are adjustable, but the instructions about how to do these were weak. Really hard to get together. Should be labels that say front and back to make easier. Use the picture from wayfair as a guide. Also the space between the shelf and bed sucks lol but we will use body pillow to block the space and avoid injury. After the struggle of getting it together with my husband, we are still married and our toddler loves it! The things we do for our kids!! Now to redecorate!! I will also add, as a mama, it’s really really hard seeing the transition from a crib to this beautiful big kid baby bed. I just crying. The gazebo is really nice. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. The only issue was when we unpacked the boxes, there were several panels, windows and a screen that were damaged. It was disappointing to spend so much for damaged materials. The manufacturer did agree to send replacement parts and Wayfair was monitoring the communications, so we felt like we had some insurance. So far i am halfway through the build has taken several hours split in two days will be working on Finnishing this weekend but so far i am liking it instructions are easy to read there was one part we felt like we were on a wild goose chase but realized it was labeled wrong and has been smooth sailing. This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! I just put it together over the weekend and I have not installed the door yet. My first impression was the wood was brittle and prone to cracking. One of the window frames was cracked on delivery and I had to glue it together. I put it together by myself with some help from time to time. You have to be handy!
