Like the quality of the sink. Opened the box and checked for damage upon arrival. I found that the mounting rail for the installation bolts was completely off on one long side and partially off on the other long side. Although I am a bit disappointed I am going to keep the sink and epoxy the rails back in place. This should not be happening with a sink in this price range. This is truly a beautiful stainless sink. My first one arrived extremely well packaged but I noticed a tiny little mar on the outside lip of the drop in sink. I called Wayfair customer service, and the representative placed the order for a replacement while I was on the phone with him! New sink arrived in just over a week. Excellent customer service!. Hi there. The Help& Contact page, seems, doesn't work, so I'm writing here. I was very happy when we received this sink until we started to install it. The sink is not straight, it's bent. It looks like it is not possible to built it in, because we don't want that the sink bursts or our new countertop gets damaged. I'm wondering if there is a way to return or to exchange that item?
