These are beautiful shower doors (for my bathtub, actually). They are exactly as described. Their quality is excellent, and because of the extended size, they fit my uncommonly-sized tub enclosure perfectly. These shower doors are very nice, thick and heavy. They glide very well. Love that the large rollers are the same diameter and match inside the shower as well as outside, also like the towelhandle bars. The header bar is solid and heavy, it has some sort of finish on it, but not sure how that will hold up with wear from the rollers. The bottom rail is supposed to be held down by the center piece, but it doesn’t slot in and hold it properly, it just slips in and out of it. Pros: The weight of the door is good if you upgrade to the thicker glass. The overall look is nice. Cons: The rollers are uneven and loud, the installer said they are on the cheaper side and expected higher quality from Kohler. The two doors have different opacity in the frosting with the permanent one frosted and the roller door more see through. The black lines are not metal lining as we expected but instead black paint inside the glass. Installation is incredibly difficult and took our experienced contractor over 5 hours and continual frustration. Overall, it is an OK door for the price but left a lot to be desired.. Frosty323. They are indeed very very heavy and arrived in two different packages which was only annoying b/c then I had to get people twice to bring them in, versus just once but two trips at the same time. I just thought that part was odd. They haven't been installed yet so I need to update my review once that happens.
