I can’t explain how great this shower head is. It has a comfort feature that doesn’t allow the water to get too hot when the toilet flushes. The handheld piece is easy to put back in its place. This is a nice faucet and has the look we were going for in this bathroom. I removed a star because my clients complained that there was a loud squeak when turning one of the levers. It was easily fixed but required taking it apart to lubricate and it's strange to have to do that with a new item. Otherwise, it's a nicely made product that feels good to use and I would recommend..
