[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ** I’m not sure if I was gifted the wrong finish, or if their chrome is more of a brushed nickel but it’s beautiful either way ** Fairly straight forward to install. Package included another box with the universal rough in. My husband is a plumber, and was a little apprehensive to install a shower head of this size because the weight can become an issue further down the road. He said this one felt more lightweight than others he has installed. Matches really nicely with our shower tile. I’m very happy with the finish, and the water flow is nice without being too slow or overpowering. HUGE shower head, almost comical. Makes for a really relaxing shower. The pipe that leads to the shower head is slightly narrow, and I really hope it doesn’t bend overtime. One other thing I wanted to note is that the box reads “guaranteed for life”. LOVE THAT. This whole line is beautiful and quality. One caveat...on the towel bars, the bar itself rolls around and placing the end pieces as close as possible on the wall, ie to 'squeeze' the bar, does not keep it from spinning around. We are planning to put some silicone or putty type material inside where bar end enters into the wall mount to keep it from spinning. I wanted something with a unique look, that was high quality, and not expensive. I am happy to report I did not have to compromise! The Venetian bronze is so pretty (see drain for color texture). Water flows fast and smoothly. I appreciate that Delta makes everything in this color (towel rack, TP holder, etc.) so all of my “unique” colored items will match. Pros: This style is beautiful! I had the Saylor, then found this and it just has that little extra detailing while still being simple. Cons: While the price is amazing, the interior components are a little less hefty than pricier Delta faucets. Still looks and feels nice and should hold up well.
