Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. Great shower head. I ordered the stainless steel and chrome. Stainless steel is noticeably nicer and not as much plastic. Chrome looks cheap so trying to exchange for stainless steel, but Wayfair is charging a return shipping fee which I’m not happy about especially since the stainless steel finish is more expensive.. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower.
