This is exactly what I had been looking for & could not find in retail stores or other online companies. It's a very attractive faucet, with a very smooth action of the handle, & the brushed brass finish does not show water spots like the shiny finish. Just be sure to measure the clearance if you have a cabinet door above your sink. This is a tall faucet, so be sure that the door has enough clearance to open above the top of the faucet. I measured ahead of time, & my cabinet door clears the faucet by only 1/4 ". This is a great little faucet if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option. It’s not as great quality as some others out there, but in most cases, you get what you pay for and the ones that work best are 500 each. This is a good option for a budget-upgrade. This faucet is a lovehate kind of deal. Most of the time I love it. Sometimes it decides it just won’t respond to touch, or it gets too wet and it doesn’t respond.
