We had this shower head for 15 years and was satisfied with it performance. So we decided to order a second one and installed it and I’m very pleased with the way it works. Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. This is a VERY HARD TO FIND, "Old School" shower faucet. First, it is 2.5 GPM which I want; second, the slide bar is affixed to the wall firmly; third, the shower head holder is not a flimsy one and it (the entire shower head holder slides along the bar and with a flick of one part of the holder, it becomes firmly held in place). This means that users can easily adjust the position for each person's preferred location for a fixed shower spray or as a handheld unit.
