Have used this supper automatic expresso machine for a while now and can say it does the job for me. I do not like expresso coffee at all and that is not why I purchased this machine. I may make very good expresso, but I do not drink that and cannot speak to that. However, I do like Americano and Latte, and it makes those and other milk-based drinks very well. The machine is extraordinarily well made and designed. Good clean looks and fits well with our other KitchenAid appliances. It has all the features we need to fit our full family needs and is a great addition to our kitchen as a whole.
