No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. This was purchased to use as an art projector and it will serve that purpose very well. It is capable of projecting to very small sizes if needed and that is a plus. Lightweight, wireless capability and simple to use. My only bug bear is the user manual is not quite detailed enough. I wish still photo projection did not default to slideshow mode. The idea of a picture frame that can store 100,000 photos sounds impressive, but the process of uploading photos is extremely inconvenient. To add pictures, you must download the Frameo app on your phone and send each photo to the frame over Wi-Fi. The thought of doing that thousands of times is simply unrealistic. The unit does not support USB transfers, which would have made uploading photos much easier. I also tried sending photos from my computer, but that did not work either. I contacted online customer support, but they were unable to provide a solution. As a result, I had to return the item.
